Elizabeth Obediente is a professional with over 20 years of experience in consulting and project management. Prior to joining IFEM, she led strategic projects across multiple industries (energy & gas, technology, education, and consulting), excelling in change management and the implementation of innovative practices. Her most recent role was as Director of Product and Operations for a tech startup in the mobility sector.
She holds an Executive MBA from EADA Business School Barcelona, a Master’s degree in Geological Sciences, and a Diploma in Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol, in addition to a Petroleum Engineering degree from the University of Zulia.
Elizabeth has experience in business innovation using in-house developed methodologies. She launched and led a Design Thinking consulting branch in Spain and co-founded Co2impact, a consulting firm focused on developing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in Latin America.
She has worked closely with both the educational sector (MBA programs) and the private sector, actively promoting programs and methodologies that drive innovation in new products, services, and business models.
Additionally, she has been involved in family ventures in the restaurant industry and consulting.
