Claudia is an Industrial and Systems Engineer from Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) and holds a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Innovation and Quality in Services from the same university.

She is passionate about education and has over 15 years of experience in this sector, focusing on roles related to process improvement, services, and experience enhancement.

Claudia has taught in the Engineering department, delivering courses such as "Quality, Productivity, and Competitiveness" and "Design of New Services." She has actively contributed to improving administrative systems at UDEM.

Currently, she is the general coordinator of the Young Couples group (MJ) within the "Family of Allies" movement (FAMDAL), alongside her husband.
